The objective of the M.A. program in Business Information Systems (BIS)
is to train students as experts in the application of information systems
in the business world. Students are expected to acquire the competence
and vision to effectively implement and manage information systems in
institutions in every sector.
Applicants with a B.A. or B.S. degree from any field, excluding a B.S./B.A.
in Management Information Systems, are encouraged to apply.
Students are expected to complete the program in three consecutive semesters,
corresponding to the Fall, Spring and Summer semesters of the university.
However, students without the relevant background may take the foundation
courses.
The requirement for graduation is the completion of 30 credits, obtained
from 10 credit courses, one non-credit seminar and one non-credit project.
